Circular loom
use the special DST motor instead of the normal AC motor with V-belt
driven system .Can help to saving power around 25-30% . High
precision automatic warp tension control system, it offers good
condition for better fabric. We have different type of looms, weaving
rage from 300mm up to 3600mm.

Tape Stretching Line
High speed tape stretching line with auto winders, line speed can up to
600m/min. And atuo winders can change bobbin by itself, saving workers
and saving power. Newly designed screw and barrel can add more Caco3
and recycle material , with Auto die ,auto loader system and thickness
scanner as optional parts to improve the tape quality. We also pay
attention on power saving, special designed DST motor or LEGO motor as
main motorcan help to saving 25-30% power.

Extrusion Coating Line
The SFM serial plastic extrusion coating machine is designed for
coating on PP or HDPE tube cloth or sheet fabric, or laminating
extra layers like kraft, BOPP film etc. on basic fabric.
