specializing in the development, production and sales of plastic
film blowing extrusion production line. The company has a large
number of technical, production,sales management personnel

force, strong production organization capacity, the production line of two, three, five and
seven layers co-extrusion film blowing and various specifications of single layer blowing
extrusion unit produced adopt advanced technology from Germany, Japan, Italy and other

Through two or three extruders, three kinds of the same or different materials are plasticized and
extruded into the co-extrusion compound machine to produce the composite film formed by co-extrusion,
thus greatly improving the physical properties of the film and increasing the strength. The film has good
barrier and air tightness.
With the prohibition of barrier glue, five / seven-layer co-extrusion high barrier film production equipment
has become the preferred equipment for high barrier film production. Our company timely developed five /
seven-layer co-extrusion conical superposition die, which has the advantages of high precision, easy
disassembly and separate temperature control for each layer.
The high-performance self-adhesive film blowing production line is developed by our company on the
basis of foreign advanced technology. The main indexes of film surface quality, physical properties and
winding tension are improved to a new level by means of the horizontal oscillating haul-off system,
bubble inner cooling device (IBC) and automatic winding system.
